We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager or Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our products by crafting compelling product marketing strategies, creating impactful messaging, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the organization.

We love digital marketers and have phenomenal digital marketers currently on our team, but t his role requires candidates to have experience specifically in product marketing, including a background in positioning, messaging, launch management, and the ability to uncover data and market insights.

Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, features, and segments, collaborating with Unyte's SVP of Sales and Marketing and leadership.
Lead sales and marketing aspects of product launches, coordinating with clinical, education, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
Work with the content team to translate scientific concepts into user-friendly materials for marketing and sales.
Craft engaging, compelling, and creative product marketing materials directly and in concert with content and brand managers.

Customer Insights and Market Research
Use insights and data to refine messaging and improve marketing strategies.

Content Development
Partner with the content marketing manager to effectively utilize case studies, brochures, white papers, videos, and webinars.
Organize and adapt content to enhance engagement and make resources accessible for sales.

Ensure product messaging is consistent across all channels, including web, email, and ads.
Work with sales to develop enablement tools like training materials and decks.
Performance Metrics
Define and track KPIs to evaluate product marketing effectiveness.
Analyze Hubspot data and other tools to uncover insights and optimize strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
~5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in health and wellness or a related field.
~ Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, customer personas, successful product launch experience and buyer journeys.
~ Excellent project management and communication skills.
~ Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft/Google tools (PowerPoint/Excel), and an interest in using AI to support your efforts.
~ An analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
~ A keen eye for design and branding, especially how to visually relay information.
