The Role

The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will play a pivot role in supporting various P&C Functions. You will assist in onboarding, handle inquiries about policies and benefits and contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of People processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting our employees.

Who you are
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Administration: Update and maintain employee records through UKG and other systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze People metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner and communicate with payroll to ensure changes are captured timely and accurately.
  • Support the people team with employee change administration and coordination.
  • Participate in P&C initiatives and collaborate with other members of the team.
  • Research innovative ways to use technology to engage our workforce.
  • Manage Axis as our information Hub by building and driving content.
  • Other duties as required.
What we need
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Administrator or Coordinator
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR related software such as UKG or other HRIS.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work independently.
