The Role The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will play a pivot role in supporting various P&C Functions. You will assist in onboarding, handle inquiries about policies and benefits and contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of People processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting our employees.

Who you are

Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed Administration: Update and maintain employee records through UKG and other systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Reporting: Generate and analyze People metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Partner and communicate with payroll to ensure changes are captured timely and accurately. Support the people team with employee change administration and coordination. Participate in P&C initiatives and collaborate with other members of the team. Research innovative ways to use technology to engage our workforce. Manage Axis as our information Hub by building and driving content. Other duties as required.

What we need

2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Administrator or Coordinator Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR related software such as UKG or other HRIS. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to work independently.
