Province of Quebec (Telework - Remote)
Reporting to the Regional Director of Post-traumatic Support Services, you will respond to calls from clients requiring support following a traumatic event, plan post-traumatic interventions and be in charge of administrative procedures. You will also travel to the scene to provide debriefing, defusing or support type interventions following a massive layoff or restructuring when necessary.

Manage the administrative needs of trauma support services;
Masters/PhD in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Psychoeducation;
Fluent in french is a prerequisite
Training in stress management in crisis situations (CISM) and/or certification in EMDR;
Must be able to work weekday shifts between 7 a.m. Ability to be creative and flexible in unforeseen and unusual situations.
