JOB OVERVIEW

The warehouse logistics coordinator will ensure that online inventory store orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner and will provide customer service in line with Fairware's Customer service model. This is a full-time role at our Vancouver Warehouse and requires both physical labour and computer work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders
  • Receiving: Receive, count and inspect incoming inventory, reporting on discrepancies and quality issues. Receive into WMS.
  • Customer Service: Manage and respond to all online store email inboxes, responding to all inquiries within 2 hours. March 2025
  • Inventory Control: Maintain WMS to ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock levels. Coordinate inventory counts as per schedule.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including commercial
invoices.
  • Shipping: Coordinate all outbound shipping, providing customs, brokerage and duty information as required.
  • Supplies: Maintain warehouse and office supplies.
  • Systems: Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems
  • Meetings: Participate in E Commerce weekly team meetings and participate in special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS


• You have at least 2 years related experience in:

o Warehouse logistics
o WMS and inventory management
o International Shipping, knowledge of customs, brokerage, duty
o Technology including Office 365
  • Shopify – working knowledge an asset.
  • You comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English, second language an asset.
  • You are interested in social responsibility, sustainability, and sustainable products.
  • You are capable of physical work including lifting and standing.
