About the Independence and Wellbeing Advisor role
Operating on your own initiative, you will take on a varied caseload of residents, ranging from older people to those with challenging social, mental and physical issues. From organising communal activities and outings to conducting health and safety inspections, inducting new tenants and overseeing property maintenance and improvements, you will enjoy plenty of variety and all the satisfaction of helping our residents enjoy life to the full. Experienced in working with older people, you will be compassionate, self-motivated and adept at building productive relationships.
