Role Overview:

We’re searching for an entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer with the vision, grit, and passion to help Drive Ethox Energy’s growth and impact. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic leader who’s eager to work across all aspects of our business to build something extraordinary. You’ll work alongside our full-time CEO to lead technology and business development, forge partnerships, and guide commercialization of our technology in markets at home and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute Ethox Energy’s growth strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.

· Business Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with industry leaders, potential customers, and investors, positioning Ethox Energy for growth in key sectors of the low-carbon energy industry.

· Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and manage existing stakeholder relationships to ensure Ethox Energy continues to be supported as a trusted partner.

· Fundraising:
Participate in fundraising efforts, including pitching to investors and securing grants. Contribute to financial planning to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

· Commercialization of Technology:
Lead commercialization of DME technology across applications, with a focus on scalability and economic feasibility.

· Other duties asneeded to supports the CEO.

Compensation Structure:

· Equity-Based Compensation:
This role offers a significant equity stake , reflecting the strategic importance of a co-founder-level position, in lieu of a salary during the early stages. There is no monetary compensation initially , emphasizing a commitment to building Ethox Energy's success and sharing in its long-term achievements.
