- Promote a positive shopping experience for customers
- Optimize inventory management and replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support eCom order fulfillment and shipment processing
- Foster long-term relationships with customers
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of retail experience preferred
- 1 year of team lead experience in retail
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
