Join Ledcor as a Health & Safety Advisor, where you will utilize a minimum of 5 years of pipeline industry experience to enhance project safety measures and compliance. This site-based role involves implementing health and safety programs across diverse projects that challenge your expertise. You will work alongside collaborative teams to ensure adherence to Ledcor's safety standards and support the execution of critical safety procedures and meetings. Your knowledge will be vital in monitoring compliance and determining health and safety activities on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters
- Assist site leaders in safety materials for meetings
- Support compliance monitoring and hazard assessments
- Conduct field inspections and ensure equipment availability
- Develop emergency response plans and training programs
- 5+ years in pipeline safety roles
- Designations: CRSP, Health and Safety Diploma/NCSO
- Experience with risk assessments and program development
- Strong team player with communication skills
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing required
