From major construction projects to regular service work, they have worked on everything from institutional mega-projects, museums, and residential towers to pubs A great fit for someone looking to develop their career and gain experience on noteworthy projects.Your New Role: As a Service Sales Representative reporting to the Service Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new service contracts. You’ll achieve this by building a robust network of property managers and owners. Your role involves proactively targeting and establishing strong relationships with customers and trades to meet sales objectives. Additionally, you’ll compete for maintenance agreements, identify and respond to competitive threats, and collaborate with internal functions to exceed customer expectations. Furthermore, you’ll provide valuable feedback on market trends and drive strategic plans for attracting new business.What You’ll Need to Succeed: We are looking for someone that can bring 3-5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry. Additionally, a post-secondary education in business or a related field is essential. You’ll need the ability to work independently, dedicating two to three days per week to being in the market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) is crucial. Your role will require strong attention to detail, along with problem-solving and analytical skills. Furthermore, you should possess effective organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, are essential. Lastly, any experience with Jonas Construction Management Software will be considered an asset.What You’ll Get In Return In this role you will enjoy a competitive base salary of $80K-$85K+ commission.
