Responsibilities:

Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role in engineering, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to drive innovation and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
