We are searching for an internal recruiter to join our team in Calgary specializing in Accounting & Finance. This is a dynamic role with responsibility for initiating and managing client and candidate relationships. You will establish and expand your network, using creative techniques to source top talent for our clients.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Develop pro-active recruiting strategies to maximize client opportunities and build talent pool, including engaging in networking activitiesEvaluate candidates through our screening process considering qualifications and career objectives.Build strong, long-term candidate relationships and manage candidate pool, identify and match candidate suitability to appropriate client opportunitiesNegotiate salary, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment with candidatesCoordinate pre-employment steps, including reference checks and communication of details of new search engagements and manage contract employees while on assignmentMaintain relationships with business contacts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referralsProspect and network with prospective candidates regarding employment opportunities in local marketCreation of effective job description to attract potential candidatesDeliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needsPerform to meet weekly targets; recruitment, coordination, marketing and business developmentCreation of effective job description to attract potential candidatesDeliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needsCoordinate candidates to client opportunitiesBuild and maintain effective relationships within all internal staffMeet with clients, develop and manage strong business relationships to ensure successful placements and guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction;Proactive business development through various marketing strategies, networking to expand your professional client network, participation in career fairsGather information clearly defining the search parameters (key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure and compensation);Manages and negotiate both the selection and offer process (compensation, benefits, relocation);Provide timely progress updates on search engagements to client; delivers interview feedback to candidatePerform to meet weekly targets; recruitment, coordination, marketing and business developmentDeliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needsManage multiple search assignments in a timely and quality manner.Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal staffReporting to the Manager, the ideal candidate will have significant business acumen and the ability to multi task. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone with the ability to contribute to a collaborative culture.The personality and corporate culture fit of the candidate will be critical in the selection.
