You will mentor and coach a team of 6 sales representative and 1 sales leader in Saskatchewan.
Overall responsibility of the region: grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team while increase revenue and profitability while holding internal and stakeholders accountable for respective metrics.
Oversee branch managers within the branch network;
Move branch network forward strategically;
of revenue for digital channels;
Technical Services, Consulting services shares;
Net new customers;
Inventory Turns.
High emotional intelligence;
Experience in executive negotiation;
Valid driver’s license.
