关于饭团：饭团是一家北美互联网生活服务公司，主要业务包括饭团外卖、饭团点评、饭团跑腿，结合中式优质服务与北美先进大数据技术，以互联网思维推动生活服务行业变革。 目前，饭团已覆盖温哥华、多伦多、卡尔加里、蒙特利尔，洛杉矶，纽约等加拿大及美国主要城市，为海外华人乃至所有海外消费者提供更加便捷、高效、智能的生活服务。In this role you will assist the lawyers with various mandates by offering specialized technical legal expertise (incorporation, research, drafting legal documents, document verification, conveyancing etc).A Day In The Life：Minute book reviewsDealing with incorporation's including pre- and post-documentation; extra-provincial registrations across Canada (Reorganisations, acquisitions, mergers, amalgamations, amendments, revivals, dissolution's, name changes and continuations)Reviewing agreements relating to transactionsDetermine and draft required documentationComplete and summarize due diligence searchesOrganize and complete closing documentation and closing booksComplete required provincial or federal corporate filingsThe paralegal will handle files from beginning to completion, working with minimal supervisionOther related tasks or responsibilitiesMust Haves：Computer literate with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)Knowledge of the legislation related to the practice area of law and ability to exercise independent judgementFamiliarity with the corporate records databaseFamiliarity with virtual minute booksFamiliarity with the incorporation process under the Corporations Act as well as experience with public companies and Securities Act is requiredAbility to manage several files at once, strong sense of planning and organizationDrafting capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesThorough, meticulous and detail-orientedHighly autonomousProfessionalStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
