Dans le cadre du développement de notre agence à Montréal nous sommes à la recherche d’un Business Developper /Directeur.rice de Comptes TI.Tu piloteras 3 éléments essentiels de l'organisation :Développement des affaires :Définir une stratégie de développement commercial et prospecter de nouveaux clientsDévelopper un portefeuille de clients existant et les aider à accomplir leurs projetsMaintenir et accroître la relation avec nos clients et partenairesÊtre force de proposition et moteur dans le développement des affaires de KlanikÉlaborer et négocier les propositions auprès des clientsGestion d’équipe :Accompagner tes consultants dans leur mandat et s'assurer de leur satisfactionEffectuer des suivis réguliers avec tes consultants et tes clientsGérer les changements de mandat et les évolutions de carrièrePrendre part activement aux bilans annuels de tes consultantsRecrutement :Qualifier les besoins de tes prospects/clients et mettre en place la stratégie de sourcingValider en entretien la pertinence des candidats par rapport aux mandats de nos clientsPréparer tes candidats aux entrevues clientsPostule vite si :Tu as un diplôme universitaireTu as une première expérience en développement d’affaires et gestion de comptesTu as un esprit d’entrepreneur, tu es doté d’audace et d’ambition Tu as de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et tu es orienté.e vers le service et la satisfaction des clientsTes niveaux de français et d'anglais sont fluides et professionnels, tu es capable d'échanger et d'animer des réunions.Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?Tu rejoindras une équipe de passionnésDes locaux accessible en transports en commun en plein cœur de Montréal (métro McGill)Des 5 à 7 et séminaires de qualité avec toute l’équipeIci on t'écoute : tu pourras exprimer et mettre en place tes idéesNous sommes présents à Montréal et à l'étranger: tu auras donc l’opportunité d’évoluer au rythme de tes projets de vie
