Become an integral part of Alsco Uniforms as an Assistant Production Manager in a full-time exempt role. Lead daily operations, employee development, and quality management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this leadership position, you will support production coordination and team performance under the Production Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing employee training, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A passion for operational excellence and a detail-oriented mindset are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily production operations
- Support recruitment and training for production staff
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Implement policies and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capacity to lift up to 60 pounds
