We are looking for a Field Campaign Coordinator. In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide operational support to the Field Campaign and Technical Literature Lead and National Manager, specifically in reviewing all information provided by Mercedes-Benz AG for campaign launches. You will also work closely with the Government & Regulatory Affairs team to ensure that customer letters and dealer bulletins are completed and distributed by the prescribed deadlines. You will work closely with relevant internal departments in the review of parts requirements and work instructions for each field campaign and determine parts/software availability.
You will submit recall documents to Federal agencies within the regulated timeframe including dealer bulletins (NCU), customer letters, work instructions and VIN lists. You will also prepare customer letters (Interim & Final) and News Channel Updates and request translations.
You will also work with the translator to ensure that all information is made available in English and French.
You will support the Regulatory team in following internal recall/campaign system processes. While we thank every applicant for their interest in joining our iconic brand, we will only contact applicants selected for an interview.

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or related field
~Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
~ Good understanding of legal topics and strong ability to work with regulations.
