Entreprise de taille moyenne, nous sommes présentement a la recherche d'un Analyste Principal Planification et Analyse Financier. Relevant de la directrice principale des finances, l’analyste principal planification et analyse financière contribuera à l’élaboration et la réalisation de la planification de la stratégie financière organisationnelle.

Responsabilités
•Conçoit et maintient les modèles financiers servant à déterminer les besoins de financement de l’entreprise incluant les acquisitions potentielles.
•Coordonne les cycles budgétaire et prévisionnelles de l’entreprise et produit les analyses pertinentes. Présente les conclusions.
•Analyse et explique les écarts entre les réels et les projections.
•Prépare les rapports mensuels et trimestriels destinés à la direction et au conseil d’administration incluant le narratif.
•Prépare le contenu des revues diligentes dans le cadre de projet de financement, d’investissement et d’acquisition.
•Élabore des tableaux de bord et autres outils d’analyse qui permettent de surveiller la performance de l’entreprise en temps réel et d’appuyer la prise de décision .
•Mets en place les indicateurs qui permettent de monitorer la performance de l’entreprise contre les cibles établies.
•Conçoit et documente les processus et les procédures de budgétisation et de prévision qui assurent la collecte, l’analyse et la communication des prévisions financières.
•Recommande et mets en place des améliorations aux processus afin d’accroître l’efficacité et la précision des prévisions financières.
•Fournir un soutien au besoin pour les projets spéciaux.

Exigences
•Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité (ou domaine connexe)
•Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
•Excellente maitrise d’EXCEL
•Excellent communicateur à l’oral et l’écrit
•Expérience en modélisation financière
•Capacité analytique
•Habileté de communication
•Bilingue anglais - français obligatoire

Medium-sized company, we are currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of the organizational financial strategy planning.

Responsibilities
• Designs and maintains financial models to determine the financing needs of the company including potential acquisitions.
• Coordinates the company's budgetary and forecasting cycles and produces relevant analyses. Presents findings.
• Analyzes and explains variances between actuals and projections.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for management and the board of directors including narrative.
• Prepares the content for due diligence reviews in the context of financing, investment, and acquisition projects.
• Develops dashboards and other analytical tools to monitor real-time company performance and support decision-making.
• Implements indicators to monitor company performance against established targets.
• Designs and documents budgeting and forecasting processes and procedures that ensure the collection, analysis, and communication of financial forecasts.
• Recommends and implements process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Provide support as needed for special projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting (or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent mastery of EXCEL
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in financial modeling
• Analytical ability
• Communication skills
• Bilingual English - French mandatory
