Description du poste Vous êtes un ambassadeur de la Restauration et du Service qui sont les emblèmes de notre expérience Food & Beverage. Proposer en permanence un service professionnel, avenant et attachant
Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les normes de service relatives aux points de vente
Servir et fournir les produits et services relatifs au service de la restauration à tous nos clients selon les normes et les procédures à suivre à la section attitrée
Mettre en place, démonter et nettoyer les locaux avant, pendant et après le service
Aider à la propreté, à l’entretien et à maintenir l’image professionnelle de l’hôtel
Accueillir et prendre soin des clients
Suivre les standards et règles des Hôtels Fairmont
Participer aux réunions départementales ainsi qu’aux programmes de formation
Être prêt à travailler dans plusieurs départements tel que le restaurant, bar, accueil, service auxchambres, lounge ainsi que banquets et service traiteur
Connaissance avancée du français et de l'anglais
Expérience de 6 mois en restauration ou banquets
Un cours en restauration sera considéré comme un atout
