This role requires a mix of strategic thinking,technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to work effectivelywith diverse teams and stakeholders.Key Skills and ExperienceArchitecture ExperienceArticulate the purpose and value of architecture within an organization.Collaborate with senior stakeholders toDevelop and maintain architecture vision and blueprints.Participate in Architecture Review Boards.Define and enforce architecture standards and guidelines.Manage the intake process for new technology and project requests.Architecture Tool Experience Experience working with Architecture/Modeling Tools (e.g., LeanIX, EA Sparx, and similar tools).Business Analysis ExperienceAnalyze and document value chains and business models.Analyze products and services.Document business capabilities processes, and organizational structures.Asset Portfolio Management for Applications & InfrastructureManage a comprehensive list of applications. Conduct owner discovery and onboarding.Perform application surveys and mapping/linking.Analyze application costs and document integration data flows.Document IT infrastructure.IntegrationExperience with application integration.Technology RiskManage technical risks such as legacy technologies and aging infrastructure.Develop solution architecture and design to mitigate risks.Prepare business cases and roadmaps to address and reduce risks.Technology Architecture & Rationalization / ModernizationIdentify opportunities for improvement and rationalization.Develop business cases, standards, guidelines, and solution architecture & design.Create and manage roadmaps for technology modernization.Facilitation SkillsFacilitate meetings with diverse groups of both business and technical teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a business analyst role and technical architecture.Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.Proficiency in system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills Experience with the full lifecycle of software development.Experience building and maintaining complex enterprise solutions.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Solution Architecture (TOGAF, Azure, GCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive market rate: $80-100/hour, based on experience.Opportunity to work on innovative projects with a talented team.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Fully remote working environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience relevant to this position.Type: Full-time, ContractLocation: Remote
