Join Dillon, an employee-owned consulting firm with over 25 offices across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets
- Build detailed financial models for evaluation
- Assist in managing due diligence processes
- Support drafting of investment documentation
- Help integrate new companies into Dillon’s culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Emotional intelligence for integration tasks
- Proactive in leveraging AI for financial solutions
