We are seeking a passionate and diligent Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will join the Head Office sales team and work with the team members to drive sales-related initiatives and action plans.

Job Duties

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research and networking, initiate contact, and build a pipeline of leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored products and solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing product benefits and features.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports and forecasting to the Sales Director.
  • Customer Support: Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Industry Networking: Participate in industry tradeshows, events and conferences to expand networks and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IVD, Biotech, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, customer visits, and other business-related events.
