Position: Parts Sales Representative
Location: Alliston, Ontario
Reports to: Parts Manager

The Parts Sales Representative plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our valued parts customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position utilizes exceptional customer service skills to engage with customers both over the counter and via phone, providing pricing, availability information, and assisting in selecting suitable alternatives. Additionally, the Parts Sales Representative proactively initiates parts sales, identifies new sales opportunities, and maintains a sustainable level of profit margin.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage sales orders from opening to completion, ensuring timely follow-up on customer orders.
- Generate invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Place orders for customer and stock parts from vendors as needed.
- Conduct customer visits to foster relationships and identify further sales opportunities.
- Support inventory control efforts and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Contribute to sales growth initiatives through proactive engagement with customers.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and adherence to Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep work station and parts department organized and tidy, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Daily inventory transactions accurately recorded.
- Professional and prompt response to customer inquiries.
- Increase in sales per store.
- Efficient management of the customer returns process.

Qualifications and Details:

- Proficiency in parts systems, inventory control procedures, and service and whole goods sales environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with PFW/CDK software, Epsilon, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary Range: $45,000 (JR Position) to $75,000 annually.
Incentive is based on key targets including individual sales, team sales and other targets for that quarter.
