- Lead cross-portfolio planning to uncover collaboration potential
- Streamline operational processes for shared services
- Establish operational standards and grant cycles
- Coordinate functional support to enhance project management
- Monitor operational risks and dependencies proactively
- Undergraduate degree essential; advanced degree is an asset
- 12–15 years of relevant operational management experience
- Background in team leadership and development
- Solid financial reporting comprehension
- Skills in cross-departmental collaboration
