Junior CRM Administrator
Romspen is a leading Canadian non-bank mortgage lender specializing in commercial and industrial real estate mortgages. Our investments are comprised mostly of commercial and industrial first mortgages on properties primarily across Canada and the United States. We provide customized mortgage solutions for term, bridge and construction financing. The current overall real estate mortgage portfolio is $3.1 billion. Over the past 25 years we have invested over $8 billion in over 1000 real estate mortgages and have consistently earned strong absolute cash yields to investors.
The Junior CRM Administrator will work with the IT team and end users to maintain and oversee daily CRM activities, along with supporting any new project initiatives. They will continue to partner with the business and users to identify ways to improve ways we adopt and utilize our CRM for better efficiencies, processes, and results.
Responsibilities
Manage user onboarding, including profile creation, role assignment, and permission setting.
Provide comprehensive training and support for new and existing CRM users.
Perform data entry, cleanup, deduplication, and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Create and optimize reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and offer actionable insights.
Coordinate integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools.
Engage with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions effectively.
Address and resolve service desk tasks with efficiency and priority.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.
Assist in testing new features, updates, and integrations before deployment.
Monitor data access and security protocols to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Create training materials and user guides for onboarding and ongoing user education.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Salesforce Associate Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent.
At least two years' experience with CRM platforms.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and cleanup.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and process automation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of SQL and SOQL for database querying.
Familiarity with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Basic Python skills (advantageous).
Experience in data migration between systems or platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Adaptability to changing technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with CRM trends.
