Votre contribution

Nous recherchons un responsable de la sécurité de l'approvisionnement des opérations de pièces de rechange avec des idées audacieuses qui apportent de la valeur à nos partenaires et font progresser notre industrie. En rejoignant le MHIRJ, vous travaillerez avec une équipe flexible, dynamique et solidaire.

Dans votre rôle, vous :

  • Rejoignez une équipe dynamique des opérations de gestion du matériel et dirigez l'exécution d'une post-production
  • plan de transition destiné à assurer la continuité de l'approvisionnement en matériel pour desservir les compagnies aériennes d'avions CRJ.
  • Travailler avec les différentes parties prenantes internes contribuant au plan, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter,
  • interagir avec notre groupe d'approvisionnement, nos équipes techniques, nos équipes de planification des stocks et d'analyse, et tenir les différentes parties responsables de l'exécution.
  • Évaluer les préoccupations spécifiques des clients concernant la disponibilité des matériaux, les délais de livraison et l'impact sur leurs opérations
  • vers une intégration dans le plan d'action détaillé.
  • Identifier les domaines d'attention (pour la récupération ou l'opportunité commerciale) dans le paysage de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement, à
  • abordé avec notre groupe Approvisionnement.
  • Élaborer un plan intégré à long terme englobant tous les flux contribuant à la sécurité globale de
  • Stratégie d'approvisionnement.
  • Présenter les mises à jour des progrès en interne et en externe, aux dirigeants seniors au sein de l'organisation et aux clients externes
  • Développer et maintenir des KPI pertinents indiquant les progrès et le succès de chaque volet du plan

Qualifications clés:

En tant que candidat idéal,

  • Vous possédez de solides compétences interpersonnelles et des compétences en communication efficaces.
  • Vous êtes organisé, motivé et orienté résultats. Vous disposez de solides compétences d'influence.
  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain, Approvisionnement, Logistique ou tout domaine connexe pertinent.
  • Vous possédez une expérience pertinente dans la fabrication aérospatiale, les services ou l'industrie aérienne.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique, génie industriel ou tout autre domaine pertinent
  • Un MBA est un atout
  • Vous disposez de capacités avancées dans la création de présentations PowerPoint et d'analyses avancées.

Your contribution

We are looking for a Spare Parts Operations Security of Supply Lead with bold ideas that deliver value to our partners and advance our industry. By joining MHIRJ, you will work with a flexible, dynamic and united team.

In your role, you will:

  • Join a dynamic Material Management Operations Team and lead the execution of a post-production

transition plan intended to ensure continuity in material supply to serve the CRJ aircraft airlines.

  • Work with the various internal stakeholders contributing to the plan, including but not limited to

interacting with our Procurement group, Technical teams, Inventory Planning and Analytics teams, and hold the various parties accountable to execute.

  • Assess customer specific concerns on material availability, lead times and impact on their operations

towards integration in the detailed action plan.

  • Identify areas of attention (for recovery or commercial opportunity) in our supply chain landscape, to be

addressed with our Procurement group.

  • Develop an integrated long-range plan encompassing all streams contributing to the overall Security of

Supply Strategy.

  • Present progress updates internally and externally, to Sr Leaders within the organization and to external

customers

  • Develop and maintain relevant KPIs indicating progress and success of each stream in the plan

Key qualifications:

As our ideal candidate,

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • You are organized, driven and result oriented. You have strong influential skills.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or any related

relevant domain. You have relevant experience in aerospace manufacturing, services or airline industry.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant

domain.

  • An MBA is an asset
  • You have advanced capabilities in creating PowerPoint presentations and have advanced analytical

skills.
