About the Role: Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead and oversee all global manufacturing activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this senior leadership position plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety and quality, controlling costs, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and execute the company's strategic direction.
Oversee and optimize manufacturing operations across all locations, ensuring best practices and standardization.
Manage the annual operations budget and achieve financial and performance targets.
Address and resolve significant manufacturing issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and product quality.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction goals.
Collaborate with business development and corporate engineering teams to evaluate new product opportunities and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local, state, provincial, and federal regulations governing manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of experience, including supervisory, budget management, engineering, business development, manufacturing, and project management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional and excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills, including effective records management, prioritization, and budgeting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Skilled in project management and committed to health and safety practices.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
