We’re seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Sales Enablement Specialist to support our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team. This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. And you will be a key player in delivering best-in-class service to all our stakeholders.
The right fit for us is a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. How will you contribute to the Sales Enablement Team?
Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. We will provide you all the training you need in-house. Sales Support duties include:
daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports etc.
ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagement
Salesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individuals
Enterprise Accounts with daily account management tasks
Salesforce Support duties include:
daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules
Sales Training duties include:
and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
corporate training team with creating a centralized library for all training materials.
year of experience in a sales, marketing or sales enablement role
communication and writing skills
with Salesforce Lightning a strong asset
