POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The 'Les Tours Angrignon' residence is fortunate to welcome a golden clientele, there is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. It is the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors Les Tours Angrignon, a warm private residence for seniors, has an opportunity for a nursing assistant, a permanent full-time position.

Day or evening schedule. Full time.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Notify the nurse and/or health services manager of any changes observed in the health status of residents
Health Care
  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
  • Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
  • PDSB training
  • Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
  • Member of the OIIAQ
