Support the administration of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that is aligned with Colgate’s Total Rewards strategy and is in compliance with country specific legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Provide daily operational and administrative support of benefits plans in accordance with established policies and local legislation.
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Administration or other
- 1- 3 years of HR / Total Rewards or Finance Experience
