We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner , reporting to the Human Resources Director, to support our network of artisan bakeries as an HR Generalist You will be involved in all major areas of human resources. The position requires in-store travel (approximately 3 days/week), is eligible for our telecommuting policy, and requires minimal presence at our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office.

Main responsibilities:
- Acts as a resource person, coach and HR expert for store managers and directors
- Acts as employer's representative with various legislative offices, when required: Labour Standards, TAT, CLP, etc..
- Acts as a resource for our employees on all matters relating to company policies and benefits
- In collaboration with various departments, works on talent attraction and retention
- Administers the OHS program and supports file management in collaboration with our Mutuelle de prévention
- Evaluates the training needs of store personnel and proposes an annual training schedule
- Coordinates mandatory training for store personnel (MAPAQ, First Aid, etc.)
- Monitors our HR best practices through the Employee Satisfaction Survey and proposes customized action plans
- Supports the Operations Department when opening new bakeries (recruitment and welcoming)
- Organizes and leads the Retail Network HRM Committee and ensures implementation of decisions taken
- Develops salary policy scenarios for the retail network and ensures implementation
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field
- 5 to 8 years' experience as a generalist in human resources or in a similar position
- Experience in retail and/or customer service (Asset)
- Possess a valid driver's license for in-store travel
- Organized and able to manage several files at the same time
- Be both agile and strategic in managing files
- Customer-oriented & enthusiastic
- Creative & solution-oriented
Founded in 1992, Première Moisson manufactures and sells bakery, pastry and charcuterie products made with wholesome ingredients using an artisanal approach. Première Moisson employs over 1,200 people and has 23 bakeries in Quebec and one in Ottawa. Many of its products are sold in grocery stores in Quebec and Ontario.
