About URstore:

URstore is a growing aspirational company supplying custom decorated (print & embroidered) clothing & gear to Schools, Sports Leagues, Organizations & Businesses alike. We are a small but mighty team still in its infancy but on the cusp of growth.

Simply put, we provide software services (SAAS) to make designing & selling custom branded gear on-demand or as a group online, easy to do. URstore offers a wide variety of customized gear including name brand products such as Duer, Ogio, Nike, Russell, Champion, North Face and much more.

Furthermore, we strive to 'make a difference' offering a fundraiser kickback component to help support our customer communities.

As URstore’s Operations / Sales Manager, you will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for a variety of Operations, Sales, & Business Development functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. You are entrepreneurial, unafraid of the newest technology and willing to pivot between Operations, Sales, Service, Business development and other duties.

We are looking for someone that is sales driven, can multitask and is willing to ‘get their hands dirty’ to get the job completed.

What you'll work on:

  • Develop yearly sales budgets / plans & set monthly activities to achieve sales targets by both servicing existing key accounts and prospecting / developing new customers.
  • Developing and managing relationships with URstore’s highest value accounts while maintaining net positive retention.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive strong renewal and upsell targets.
  • Partnering with our customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support predictable growth for our business by acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Understanding tech stack and how our solutions not only fit in but enhance our customers’ ecosystem for a better client experience.
  • Delivering regular touch points to demonstrate value and service to our customer base.
  • Managing and de-escalating customer escalations and working with our team to resolve issues.
  • Developing Customer Success assets, working collaboratively with Marketing to establish and refine customer materials and solutions.
  • Providing in-depth and thorough product demonstrations to drive additional growth opportunities.
  • Cultivating a pool of advocates to support Sales prospects and grow our referral base.
  • Being data-driven: driving adoption and retention, working with metrics to prioritize, focus and expand our sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads and manage customer accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate project management activities related to business development.

What you bring:

  • Self-motivation, collaboration skills, and passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong communication and relationship leadership skills, with the ability to effectively navigate organizations and champion joint partnerships.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform optimally in all environments.
  • Proactive customer management and sales instincts with a drive to promote revenue and growth.
  • Highly effective at leading and facilitating meetings and managing direct reports.
  • Experience with account planning, managing and executing customer success plans.
  • Adaptable and growth-oriented mindset open to feedback both delivering and receiving.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B/B2C Enterprise SaaS environment as a Customer Success Manager, Account Executive/Manager, Sales Engineer.

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
  • Proven track record of understanding of Customer Success.
  • Experience working with API-driven applications.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Understanding of digital marketing applications.
  • Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop / Illustrator skills
