COMPETITION NUMBER: 1488 CLOSING DATE: NOVEMBER 7, 2025 @ 11:59PM MDT VICE PRESIDENTS OFFICE Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Administration and Chief Financial Officer (VP, Admin & CFO) plays a key role in shaping NorQuest College's future. As a member of the Executive Team, this role provides strategic oversight of the College's financial, legal, IT, campus operations, and administrative functions, ensuring sustainability, accountability, and long-term success. The VP, Admin & CFO will also serve as Executive Sponsor for major initiatives such as the $250 million Career Skills Centre and advance NorQuest 2030 priorities, translating purpose into measurable outcomes. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Partner with the President and Board to shape and execute long-term strategy. Lead financial and capital strategy, ensuring fiscal health and alignment with institutional priorities. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize performance and agility. Provide strategic oversight of IT, facilities, and administrative operations. Champion compliance, risk management, and financial integrity. Foster strong relationships with government, industry, donors, and community partners. Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (graduate degree preferred). Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required. Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, including 5+ years at the executive level. Proven experience with boards and governance bodies. Deep expertise in financial stewardship, risk management, IT, legal, and facilities operations. WHAT MAKES YOU A DIFFERENCE MAKER?
