In unserer neu geschaffenen Gruppe IT Compliance suchen wir ab sofort Dich als IAM Manager IT Compliance (m/w/d) in unserer Kölner Zentrale. Die Position kann sowohl in Voll- oder Teilzeit ausgeübt werden.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Als IAM Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche Verantwortung des Bereichs Identity and Access Management und gestaltest damit fachlich dessen Aufbau sowie die Entwicklung und den operativen Betrieb des IAM
  • Abgestimmt mit Deiner Leitung, nimmst Du eine Stellvertretungs-Rolle für folgende IT Compliance Bereiche wahr:
    • GITCs des IKS
    • Risikomanagement
  • Darüber hinaus verantwortest Du Projekte (u. a. Einführung und Nutzung GRC- und IAM-Tools)
  • Mit angrenzenden Bereichen schaffst Du ein leistungsfähiges Netzwerk und bist deren Kontakt bei Rückfragen
  • Du besitzt mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen Gestaltung im Bereich IAM
  • In der Erarbeitung von Richtlinien bist Du erfahren und überzeugst mit Deinem Knowhow bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Nachweisen zum Aufbau eines Compliance Management Systems
  • Du besitzt ein Zertifikat nach ISACA, iaap, (ISC) 2 oder vergleichbar, oder bist bereit, Dir kurzfristig eine Zertifizierung anzueignen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Anforderungen in einem Umfeld agiler IT Teams runden Dein Profil ab
