**Role and Opportunity Description**:
ORA Graphene is looking for a seasoned tech-savvy executive to lead the next steps of its growth. As the Chief Executive Officer of ORA Graphene, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the business, revenue generation, coordination and development of the executive team, investor relationships and fundraising, and more importantly the scaling of a high caliber organization.

**We are looking for**:

- Prior CEO experience in 20+ people, VC-backed organizations, with proved accomplishments in scaling organizations from zero to tens of millions in revenue;
- Track record of working in the advanced material manufacturing and/or in the consumer electronics industries;
- Ability of working on-site in ORA Graphene's headquarter office in downtown Montreal will be considered a plus;
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles and familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, etc.;
- Ability to train, develop and manage executive teams;
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
- Inspiring leadership skills, entrepreneurial energy, hands-on pro-activeness, and efficient multi-tasking;
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.

**What you will do**:

- Set and develop the company strategy ensuring its alignment with short-term and long-term objectives;
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
- Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business;
- Lead, motivate and manage the executive team;
- Interface with the board and/or investors, communicating effectively with all stakeholders;
- Maintain a positive and ethical work climate, conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels;
- Establish and maintain the corporate culture.
