Reporting to the Director of Estimating and Cost Control, the Senior Construction Estimator will be responsible for:

# Managing a detailed High Rise Costing database
# Maintaining an Elemental Cost Database
# Developing innovative cost management and tracking techniques to identify project budget risks

Minimum 3 years in a Senior Estimator role
- Experience in preparing Construction Cost Estimates for projects exceeding $150MM+
- Proficiency in Site Development, Structural, Building Envelope, and M&E Systems for residential high-rise construction
- Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes
