Our client, a highly reputable accounting firm, is seeking a Manager, Audit & Accounting to join their team in Halifax, NS. This is a permanent position, responsible for leading and overseeing engagements of public company clients. Lead audit engagements
Compliance and regulatory review
Risk assessment and audit planning
Budget monitoring
Financial statement analysis
Client communication and quality assurance
Professional accounting designation
Proven track record f leading audit engagements for public companies
Solid judgement and decision making
Strong technical aptitude with advanced software knowledge in Caseware, Taxprep or Profile, and MS Excel
