Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced 5 TON OWNER OP with their own truck to join our team. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, providing a great work-life balance. As a 5 TON owner Op, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations within the local area. Duties: - Safely operate a 5 TON truck to transport goods and materials - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment - Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner - Follow all traffic laws and regulations - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups - Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients - Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members - Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle Experience: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Previous experience driving a 5 TON truck or similar vehicle - Strong knowledge of local roads and routes - Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools - Experience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading cargo - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Skills: - Pallet Jack operation skills for loading and unloading cargo - Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and accuracy in recording delivery information This is a full-time position for a Owner Operator with his own truck Please do not apply if you do not own your own Truck, as we are not hiring drivers, we are hiring operators MUST Have a 5 ton with a tailgate, must be certified.
