Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Copywriter to join our growing advertising agency, Patient Overflow. As an innovative agency specializing in dental advertisements on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, we are looking for a creative individual who can contribute to our team and help us deliver exceptional results. You'll be working on real client campaigns

Must be skilled at direct response copywriting. We're looking to generate new patient leads for our dental clients. We do NOT do any content writing, blogs, or SEO work. Strictly lead generation from social media platforms.

Experience in the dental industry is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in healthcare overall is also highly regarded.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Part-time with full-time opportunities.
  • Compensation: $25-$35 per hour.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging and persuasive copy for dental clinic advertisements across various digital platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand client goals and tailor copy to meet those objectives.

  • Ensure all copy is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, dental terminology, and best practices in copywriting.

  • Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.

  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying target audience demographics to inform copy strategies.

  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high quality.

Requirements:

  • Upbeat and motivated to advance in their marketing career.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexible and adept at working in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Direct response copywriting skills.

  • Knowledge of persuasion, influence, sales skills, and consumer buying behavior.

  • Great AI prompting skills to generate ad copy, headlines, captions, etc.

  • Highly responsible and accountable for actions and deliverables.

  • Detail-oriented with a perfectionist mindset.
