Participer aux enquêtes salariales afin d’obtenir et analyser des données du marché (syndiqués, salariés, dirigeants) afin de vérifier le positionnement de l'entreprise par rapport à nos concurrents.
Participer aux activités liées au régimes ILT (intéressement à long terme) : attribution et acquisition, communication aux participants, gestion des fournisseurs, coordination avec les services de la paie et ceux des finances, préparer les relevés des membres de la haute direction en lien avec les lignes directrices en matière d’actionnariat.
Élaborer des plans de projets et collaborer avec l’équipe pour soutenir et réaliser les processus annuels de rémunération (révision salariale annuelle, incitatif court et long terme, promotion).
Vous avez entre deux (2) et cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en rémunération dans un cabinet de conseil, un siège social ou une multinationale
Vous avez une excellente capacité de gérer des projets globaux et d’améliorer les processus.
Vous avez d’excellentes capacité d’analyse, de synthétiser des idées et les présenter clairement.
Vous êtes capable d'effectuer un travail de haute qualité dans des délais serrés.
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous êtes un bon communicateur.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)

As a member of the Global Compensation team, you will play a key role in managing, planning and executing all tasks relating to the annual compensation processes such as salary reviews, short- and long-term incentives and promotions as well as associated policies. You will participate in the search for best practices in compensation and executive compensation in all of our countries where Bombardier is present, and you will collaborate with a wide range of experts from various fields.
Participate in the development, implementation and governance of compensation and executive compensation policies and programs.
Participate in salary surveys to obtain and analyze market data (union members, employees, executives) to verify the company's positioning in relation to our competitors.
Participate in LTI (Long-Term Incentive) plan activities: allocation and vesting, communication to participants, supplier management, coordination with payroll and finance departments, preparation of executive statements in line with share ownership guidelines.
Prepare share ownership guidelines statements for senior executives.
Develop project plans and collaborate with team to support and execute annual compensation processes (annual salary review, short- and long-term incentive, promotion).
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration (HR management, finance), actuarial science or any other related discipline.
You have between two (2) and five (5) years' relevant experience in compensation in a consulting firm, head office or multinational company.
You have experience in the annual compensation process (annual salary review, short- and long-term incentive plans, promotions).
You have experience in compensation in Canada, the United States and internationally, as well as in executive compensation.
You have an excellent ability to manage global projects and improve processes.
You are capable of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
You have an excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, and are a good communicator.
You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
