Supporting the Installation & Service Team Manager (ISTM) and field technicians with a direct link to Sales. This role is primarily office-based. Candidates must be able to commute to our office located in 108 Paramount Road, Winnipeg , MB R2X 2W3 Canada .
Schedules and coordinates all installation projects
Must learn functions carried out by our ERP system Oracle Fusion
Ensure all installations are completed on agreed upon time frame and within budget
Orders all required equipment for each installation project
Ensures technicians have all required parts before attending a job site
Makes all required outbound calls to the customer to establish job site readiness and works with client and technician to facilitate superior product/service delivery.
Must work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines
Must communicate with customers regarding their installations and provide quality service to customers - escalate when required
Acts as a liaison between Customers, Service, Installation, and Management
Works laterally with Sales on installations and service
Inventory implementation and ongoing management
Coordination of facilities management including orientation of sub-contractors for building maintenance
Minimum of five years in a front-line customer service position
Fluent English language written and verbal skills, demonstrated superior people and telephone skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, networking ability and a good knowledge of operating systems
