The Integrity Group of Companies consists of five different business units, with the primary areas of focus including the construction of post frame buildings across Western Canada, supplying framing material packages to homebuilders in Calgary and area, as well as manufacturing.The Fleet and Asset Manager is responsible for ordering, managing, forecasting, and maximizing efficiency for all fleet and facility assets while managing a team of technicians and administrative staff. This role works with all areas of Integrity, as well as vendors, and will use data and analytics, to bring best practices for fleet and facility assets, maintenance solutions and operating costs for the lifecycle of the fleet and asset.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the company’s ordering and support of fleet vehicles and mobile equipment including upfitting, delivery, maintenance, repairs and fuel requirements to ensure they are safe, dependable, and presentable to Integrity standardsOversee all aspects of building functions and planned improvements to guarantee safe and functional facilitiesIdentify, develop and implement plans, policies and procedures to improve department procedures and maximize asset availabilityEnsure compliance with all federal, provincial, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspectionsManage relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle ordering, and fleet and facility maintenance and repair servicesReview of repairs performed by third parties or subcontractorsDevelop and maintain accurate and up-to-date asset management records and reports, including vehicle inventory, maintenance schedules, and fuel usageCollect, analyze, and present key performance indicators related to fleet and facility operational performance and provide expert recommendationsWork closely with the operational teams to ensure equipment and facility needs are metAssist in the development of a cost centre budget and manage actual spendManage and develop a team of fleet and maintenance employeesEducation/Experience Requirements Minimum Education:University or College education in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field requiredMinimum Experience:3-5 years of experience in a similar roleSkills/QualificationsVendor management and basic account knowledge considered assetsStrong leadership and troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of the asset is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create a culture of accountability and cross departmental teamworkAbility to perform under pressure and in a fast paced and rewarding environmentTechnology & EquipmentGoogle Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet, Drive)FleetioGeoTabs
