The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be engaged in strategic candidate sourcing and selection initiatives to attract talent necessary to achieve company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Researching, identifying and managing a variety of proactive and passive recruiting resources including Internet, campus placement offices, printed advertising, trade associations, search firms and advertising initiatives for both exempt openings.
Representing the organization to candidates at recruiting events, via social media and in discussions with applicants throughout the selection process.
Maintains positive relationships with hiring managers by assessing staffing request needs, providing timely feedback, and educating them in the proper process, tools and techniques needed to hire qualified candidates.
Ensuring compliance with documentation of the staffing and selection process.
Provides timely reporting to leadership on progress of staffing activities.
Screen and administer selection assessments to candidates to identify potential for success in opportunities.
Planning and executing recruitment strategies to insure a continuing supply of qualified professional, technical and management applicants.
Assisting the Senior Manager, Talent Management in special projects, start-ups, surveys, and site visits.

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with Web-based applicant tracking systems; Taleo experience preferred.
Must be bilingual French/English required
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Computer literate, strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong team player.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing demands.
Ability to read, write and interpret information.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 4 years of relevant experience.
