Our teams thrive on collaboration, innovation, and excellence. The Opportunity We are seeking a Cloud Networking Specialist with deep expertise in AWS and Azure environments. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based networking solutions while supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. You will play a critical role in migrating on-premises systems to cloud platforms, automating deployments, and ensuring robust network performance. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain AWS services, including CloudFormation templates, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, encryption, and logging. Lead migration efforts from on-site solutions to cloud-based offerings. Automate system build-outs and contribute to application deployment processes for networking components and pipelines. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with partners to resolve business-impacting problems. Update internal network applications (e.g., IPAM data, PRTG monitoring) for accuracy. Enhance LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and MPLS network solutions and processes. Support large-scale infrastructure designs, including DNS, and load balancing with ELBs/ALBs. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including story creation and sprint planning. Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise to build skills and confidence. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment. What You Bring to the Table Minimum 5 years of experience in networking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud networking technologies. Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, and core networking. Proficiency with firewalls, routers, Layer 2/3 switches, and VLANs. Strong troubleshooting skills for network and application performance issues. Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and Agile methodologies. Core Skills Required AWS and Azure networking LAN/WAN architecture Firewalls (Palo Alto experience is an asset) Load balancing (F5 experience is an asset) IPAM and monitoring tools (Infoblox, PRTG) Cisco CCNP certification (asset) Cloud networking certifications (asset) Why Join Highspring At Highspring, you’ll work on transformative projects that shape the future of technology.
