A Senior Strategist with drive, passion and energy to create something great – and the experience and ability to:
Consistently consider ways of sharing consumer, cultural, and industry insights that are directly relevant for my client accounts in an ongoing way
Lead the planning and facilitation of workshops with supervision
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the consistent delivery of excellence in all agency output from my accounts
Actively seek to build upon existing creative in reviews while ensuring strategic soundness of the work throughout the project
Build & maintain relationships with account and creative teams
5+ years of experience in Advertising in a Strategy or brand manager role in an Agency environment
~ Have a solid understanding of agency and creative processes – and how strategy fits into it
~ Proactively packages insights and quantitative/qualitative research data to deliver valuable marketing intelligence to clients
~ The ability to help unlock business insights, enable marketing decisions and drive value for our clients.
~ A strong understanding of the agency creative process, and ability to manage client and internal relationships in a fast-paced environment
~ Lottery, Cannabis, Finance, etc.) and/or working on consumer retail brands is an asset but not required.
