If this sounds like you, we’d love to get to know youAs a Team Lead for the Retail Experience team, you will have a fulfilling career upholding standards of client experience & operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional and memorable experiences that foster affinity to the Monos brandDemonstrate profound product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisionsEngage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendationsNavigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and positive manner, turning challenges into opportunities to showcase Monos' commitment to their experienceBe a collaborative team player, contributing to the overall success of the store.Foster a positive and supportive working environmentProvide feedback that will enhance the team and customer’s experienceAssist and lead day-to-day store operations with excellence, including POS transactions, store maintenance, product management from receiving to presentation, and administrationExperience Level3-5 years experience in retailOutstanding customer service skillsExceptional communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with store team, customers and head office teamAbility to problem solve and work well under pressureInventory management and merchandising experienceMust be able to work flexible hours including early evenings and weekendsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsBonus points if you have skills in:Hospitality or similar industry experienceShopifyWhy be a part of Monos?Rocketing growth – yours and ours.
