Maintain 100% occupancy within the community. Lead theproperty management team, including, recruit, hire, train and evaluateteam members. Determine prospective resident\'s needs through phonecalls, apartment tours, and internet marketing using selling techniques.Develop and place ads and special promotions for marketing the apartmentcommunity to prospective residents. Complete move-in and move-outinspections of apartments units. Walk prospective residents through theapplication paperwork. Assist current residents with lease renewals andrecertification paperwork. Complete follow up discussions with allcurrent and prospective residents and maintain accurate records. Enterin any application information, service requests, or payment informationinto the RealPage system. Recommend repairs, replacements, orimprovements to the community. Complete budgeting for the propertyannually. Process payments and code invoices. Plan, organize, andpromote resident events and activities. Adhere to established FairHousing policies. Property Manager Qualifications: High School Diplomaor equivalent. Three years Property Management or equivalent experiencepreferred. Confident, positive, and friendly with the ability to connectwith a wide range of people. Computer skills and experience with MSOffice.
