Part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.
We are looking to hire hard-working and committed individuals who will contribute to our team of experienced technicians by bringing their willingness to learn and high-quality workmanship to every job. We are currently looking for a Service Plumber to join our team
00 per hour based on experience.
Professional development and training resources
Review work orders that include identification of the problem, determine required services and pick up replacement parts
Perform plumbing repairs on a large and varied housing inventory that includes apartments, townhouses, commercial, industrial, and semi-detached units
Make recommendations on more extensive plumbing issues
Identify other unit deficiencies and report to Service Manager
Provide professional level of customer service to tenants
Accountable for the delivery of high customer service excellence levels
Utilizes planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines
Journeyman Plumbing Ticket and a minimum B Gas
Service Experience
Valid class 5 license and be able to provide a clean 5 year driving abstract
