- Assist with logistics for executive events and webcasts
- Track and report communication metrics across various channels
- Distribute executive communications to employees in Canada
- Maintain the executive email distribution list
- Monitor social media feedback and interactions
- Degree in communication, marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of communications or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficiency in Zoom, Excel, and other software
- French language skills are an asset
