Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Lettings Agent/Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of private residential properties. This role is customer-facing and involves all aspects of residential lettings management, including compliance, safety checks, issue resolution, tenancy management, and more. Career progression opportunities are available within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of residential lettings, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Conduct safety checks, certifications, and resolve any issues related to the properties.
  • Handle tenancy management, grievances, and liaise with third-party contractors.
  • Oversee end-of-lease procedures and ensure smooth transitions for tenants.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in property management.
  • Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel daily.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
